1. Refund Eligibility

  • Be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable)
  • Not be a non-returnable item (see section 4)

1.2 Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the process.

2. Refund Process

2.2 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

2.3 Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Restocking Fees

3.1 A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Consumable items such as printer ink, toner cartridges, and paper
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or other digital products
  • Special order or custom products

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. The item being exchanged must meet the return criteria above.

5.2 Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Cancellations

6.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

7. Exceptions

7.1 We may refuse a refund if:

  • The item is returned after the 30-day return window

  • The item is not in its original condition or packaging
